FREE SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipments are dispatched from our Santa Fe Springs, CA warehouse.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days, though this may vary based on your location.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will be sure to contact you. Delivery delays can occasionally occur in transit.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We currently ship to physical addresses within the Continental U.S. only. We cannot dispatch shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFORMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24hrs.

TAXES

PolyTEAK is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

PolyTEAK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damages, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

STORE PICKUP

We currently have limited inventory at our Santa Ana, CA office. If you'd like to pickup your items from our store please email us at info@polyteakoutdoor.com in order to confirm before purchasing that we have your desired product(s) in stock.
