I contacted June informing her of non-delivery even though the delivery tracker showed that it was. Five days had already passed. I sent video footage from home security cameras showing different angles that clearly demonstrated no delivery trucks where in the area at the time UPS said they made the delivery. June said she’d look into it. After some back n forth saying she had contacted her rep. Then oh sorry for the delay the rep had personal matters that caused further delay. I just asked for a reimbursement. I haven’t heard from June since.
